Demonetization of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes, and its Cash Crunch after effects has almost effected all Industries. Bollywood, the biggest entertainment industry of India, and other entertainment channels are too suffering with the same. The entire industry is divided for opinions on demonetization and post demonetization effects. But its a facts that so many people are struggling after cash crunch. Though its slowing getting better but ti will take a while for everything to be normal in market. The struggle and time people are putting to handle cash crunch can be crucial for many in the context of building career in Bollywood, getting or holding an opportunity, and earning to survive.
The current scenario in Bollywood and other similar industries is asking more time to settle each and everything, but do they really have time or what level are they ready to adjust, or ready to sacrifice to maintain their existence in the industry. There are many Actors, Actress, Singers, Directors, Producers, Musicians, Choreographers, Dancers, Beauticians, Supporting Actors, Duplicates, Workers & Co-Workers, Artists, and other Endeavors hugely depends on cash.
Why, one common logical reason could be they do not want or cannot share or take Bank Account details with anyone excluding authorized parties or people. So how they will pay small cash money, which is happening since long. Selected person comes in, do his/her job and the s/he has to be paid for that by end of the shooting or work. The difficulty lies here. The payer to not have sufficient money in cash or both the payer and receiver are not interesting to exchange Account details to settle the matter.
Many daily workers are not getting cash payments, or adjusting with the roles for the sake of cash money or the very popular now a day called Cash Crunch. The problem do not ends here. The receivers are helpless. The payers do no have more options due Demonetization, the daily limits of cash withdrawals, limited time that do not allow them to stand in queue. They have to adjust. So either they have to hold for a while, or get paid in some other way if cash limit of the payer ends.
One can simply imagine the situation of those trying or starting their career in Bollywood and similar industries in India. Think about independent girls and boys who simply rely on what they earn by day end. The situation can be weird for many. They are many who have gone back to their homeland or planning to go back. There are many who cannot go back for their own reasons and have to struggle. Some are ready to struggle and trying other ways to handle the situation. The can use any legal to illegal way, or it could be any ethical or unethical way to handle the crises. But the problem is going to be continue for Poor or Middle class of Bollywood.
This situation is also challenging for Rich section of the industry. The marketing and promotion planing of movies is suffering. Shooting is being delayed. Schedules have been changed. Locations for shooting are different now. The payment is pending of many. The creditors are shouting. Things are taking time because the cash crunch is still not over.
But this millions rupees industry of India is not behind it. They are putting good efforts to handle the situation. They are ready to help each other and supporting the nation. The fake currency is out now and black money is under control so its all going to be helpful for a better future.
